Our Story
Nursing Careers Australia was founded by registered nurses who understand the realities of the profession firsthand. We've worked the floors, done the night shifts, and experienced the challenges of finding roles that genuinely support a sustainable career and personal life.
Everyone involved in building this platform is a registered nurse. That shared experience shapes every decision we make — from the way we categorise roles by specialty (because that's how nurses actually think about their careers) to the lifestyle data we surface for every listing.
Why We Exist
Nursing is one of the most uniquely transferrable skill sets in healthcare. An emergency nurse in Sydney can work in a remote clinic in the Kimberley.
