Why no featured or promoted listings?

We believe every nursing role deserves equal visibility. Instead of competing on ad spend, employers compete on the quality of their listing, the strength of their employer profile, and how well their role matches what candidates are actually looking for. This was a deliberate decision, not a feature gap.

What's a 'concurrent active listing'?

The number of jobs you can have published at any one time. If you're on Standard (5 concurrent), you can post 5 jobs, fill 2, then post 2 more — you're back at 5 active. There's no limit on total jobs across the year, only on how many run simultaneously.

What happens if I cancel my monthly subscription?

You retain access to your dashboard, application history, and candidate contact details for 12 months after your last published listing. Your existing listings finish their 30-day runs as normal. You can reactivate at any time — your data is preserved either way.

Do I have to pay for my first listing?

No. Every new employer gets one free listing to try the platform. After that, choose Single Post or any subscription tier.

How does the founding cohort discount work?

The first 50 employers to subscribe annually get 30% off their first year. The discount applies automatically when you check out with an annual plan, while the promotion code is active. Once 50 redemptions are used, it stops applying.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes — at any time via your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I pay by invoice?

Standard and Growth subscriptions are card-only (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) — this keeps the renewal cycle automatic and predictable. Single Post supports invoice with 14-day terms. Partner arrangements support invoice with 30-day terms.

How long does each listing stay live?

30 days from publication, unless you set an earlier closing date. Listings on subscription tiers count toward your concurrent active limit while they're live. Partner tier offers evergreen posting for ongoing recruitment campaigns.

What's lifestyle enrichment?

Every listing is automatically enriched with nearby beaches, transport options, schools, childcare, healthcare facilities, housing costs, digital connectivity, and more. This helps candidates — especially those relocating — understand what life in the area is genuinely like.

Can I upload a position description and video?

Yes. Upload your official PD as a PDF, and add a YouTube or Vimeo video to showcase the role. Candidates can access both directly from the listing.

What's your refund policy?

Within 30 days of your first subscription payment, full refund on request. Single posts: 7-day refund window if the listing has received no applications. Once a listing receives applications or a subscription is past 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

GST and invoicing

All prices shown are GST-inclusive. We're an Australian-registered Pty Ltd (ABN 46 696 560 326) and issue compliant tax invoices for every payment. Invoices are emailed automatically and also available in your billing dashboard.
