Job Seekers

Name, email address, phone number, location, AHPRA registration details, years of experience, preferred specialties, working rights status, resume and cover letter content, job application history, and saved job preferences.

Employers

Organisation name, contact name, email address, phone number, website, company logo, job listing content, position descriptions, and payment information (processed by Stripe — see section 5).

Website Visitors

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location. This data does not personally identify you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

Operate the job board — matching job seekers with nursing roles, processing applications, and enabling employers to manage listings. Send transactional communications — application confirmations, status updates, listing expiry notifications, payment receipts, and invoice emails. Improve our service — analysing anonymised usage patterns to enhance the platform experience. Generate AI-powered features — structuring job descriptions for readability and generating SEO metadata. These processes use your job listing content only, not personal identifying information. Comply with legal obligations under Australian law.

We do not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to the services described above without your consent.

4. How We Store Your Information

Your data is stored using the following services:

Supabase — our primary database and authentication provider. Data is stored on servers with encryption at rest and in transit. Supabase complies with SOC 2 Type II standards.

Vercel — our website hosting provider. Vercel processes web requests but does not store personal data long-term.

Resend — our email delivery provider. Email addresses and message content are processed for delivery and subject to Resend's privacy policy.

5. Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 uses cookies to collect anonymised data about your browsing behaviour. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

We also use essential cookies for authentication (maintaining your logged-in session). These are strictly necessary for the platform to function and cannot be disabled.

7. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

Job applications — when you apply for a role, your application details (name, email, phone, cover letter, resume) are shared with the employer who posted the listing.

Service providers — we share information with third-party service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Google Analytics, Anthropic, PDF.co) solely for the purpose of operating the platform. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or court order.

8. AI Processing

We use AI (Anthropic's Claude) to improve job listing readability and generate SEO metadata. This processing uses job listing content (titles, descriptions, location data) only — not personal identifying information of job seekers. AI-generated content is reviewed and editable by employers before publication. We do not use AI to make automated decisions about individual job applications.

9. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

Access your personal information that we hold. Correct any inaccurate or out-of-date information. Request deletion of your account and associated data. Withdraw consent for optional data processing (such as analytics).

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Job seeker accounts and associated data can be deleted on request. Employer job listings and application data are retained for the duration of the listing plus 12 months for record-keeping purposes. Anonymous analytics data is retained indefinitely.

11. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
