Registered Nurse - Aged Care - GRADE 5 AND JUNIOR Night Shift

• Roles for Junior RN's with 2/3 years of experience with the opportunity to develop skills

• Roles for Senior RN's, Grade - 5 Highly Desirable

• Work with established team.

• Fully electronic care and medication with LEECARE.

• 2 supportive Clinical Care Managers.

• 5 Years experience (Approx) - Highly Desirable

Abberfield Aged Care is 142 bed family owned facility located on Bluff Road Sandringham. Bus 825 is located at front of facility, and we are a 3 minute drive from Highett train station. We are a well-established home using with many long serving team members. We believe in and value your time.

• Provide exceptional personal care and support to residents

• AHPRA Registered Nurse registration

• Experience in Aged Care (highly regarded)

• Current National Police Check

• An understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes

• Be vaccinated against COVID 19

• Have or willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance
